The GTA continues to be one of the most dynamic markets in the country. The City of Toronto has seen explosive population growth in recent years, which has transformed the way in which we think about property and how different uses are competing for the same parcels of land.

As the insatiable demand for GTA real estate continues to grow, landlords and developers are turning to infill development opportunities to satisfy the demand. With the surge in construction costs, land prices and development charges, the cost to lease space has increased dramatically as a result. This, coupled with increased traffic congestion, has led to infill development sites becoming feasible for many different uses including: high rise residential, industrial and commercial applications.

Join us on a tour on Tuesday morning, November 5th, to experience a firsthand guided market tour led by market experts Fraser McKenna from CBRE and Ryan Cunningham from Avison Young.
