Research shows that our capacity for resilience is a key factor contributing to individual satisfaction and productivity. This discussion, led by Ellen Malcolmson, will introduce a framework for understanding how energy supports our ability to perform at high levels, and engage participants in a high-level assessment of their individual personal energy levels. The discussion will then move to how energy fluctuates throughout the day and look at strategies that we can put in place to replenish energy in the moment.  Ellen will also touch on adaptability and how we view challenging situations.
