This full-day in-class course is designed for introductory to intermediate-level commercial real estate professionals. The course is ideal for leasing agents, developers, asset managers, owners, and those interested in a better understanding of the leasing process. This survey course provides participants with the basic knowledge necessary to gain greater value for every commercial lease. The course objective is to provide increased knowledge for managing an efficient and cost-effective lease structure.

Members please note: the five-course special price for NAIOP members is available only during the registration period for this first course on March 21.  The special price does not include the additional elective course required to earn the CREST Certificate. However, further discount incentives are offered with the elective courses.
 


CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:  Cancellations with request for a refund must be in writing and received via email by March 13, 2019. Please send requests to Brynne Wrigley: brynne@torontonaiop.org. Refunds are not available after March 13.

Note to members who select the discounted five-course price option: Given that the reduced amount paid is an incentive for attending all five courses, refunds are not available for your first cancellation in the series of five. If you must cancel for a course, inquire with Brynne Wrigley, brynne@torontonaiop.org, about the no-charge option to defer participation to the next cycle of courses in 2020.
